We will then arrange veiwings on suitable properties or contact our list of landlords with suitable properties being available.

When a suitable property is found, a £150.00 non-refundable fee will be taken from the first tenant and £50.00 per guarantor and tenant thereafter to cover referencing and administration.

If the referencing is declined, we will not be able to proceeed. If referencing is accepted, we will proceed with the exchange of contracts for tenancy. However, if a guarantor is needed, they will be referenced before we can complete.
